What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery address, email, phone number and what you bought.
• Payment confirmation from our gateway. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic analytics about which pages get visited, with IP addresses truncated.
• Your email address, if — and only if — you ask to join the newsletter.

Why we collect it

To take payment, deliver the order, handle returns and repairs, and answer you when you write in. That is the whole list.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build profiles for targeting. If that ever changes we will say so plainly before it does, not in a footnote.

Who else touches it

• Our payment gateway, to process the transaction.
• Our courier partners, to deliver the parcel.
• Our email provider, to send order confirmations and the newsletter.

Each of these gets the minimum needed to do its job, and none of them may use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for eight years because tax law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Analytics are aggregated after ninety days and stop being personal data at that point.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, except records we are legally required to keep.
• Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
